How it works on the day
Provide your ID and register with our Canadian Realty Auctions representatives in order to receive your numbered bidding paddle.
Subject to the vendor’s reserve price, the highest bidder whose bid is accepted by the Auctioneer shall be the purchaser.
If any dispute arises concerning the bidding, the Auctioneer shall determine the dispute or re-submit the property at the last undisputed bid.
The vendor reserves the right to refuse any bid, and to withdraw the property from sale at any time without necessarily declaring the reserve price.
The highest bidder at or above the reserve price will be deemed the purchaser to whom the property is sold and shall immediately sign the contract of sale and pay the deposit.
In the event that the property does not reach the reserve price, the highest bidder will be given the first opportunity to negotiate
The property is offered for sale on the terms and conditions as shown in the contract of sale as displayed and available for inspection prior to the auction and is sold “as is”.
